Will you be coming to the venue to set up? If yes, how long will you take?
We will set up a helium balloon arch at the event venue. Our team will take approximately two hours to set up a balloon arch.
Do you provide tear down service?
We do not provide tear down balloon arch service. The balloon arch can be easily disposed of using a pointy object to deflate the balloons.
I have my own balloons, will you be able to help inflate my balloons as well?
Sure we love to help you inflate balloon you have bought elsewhere! Our team will advise the cost on the actual event date, you may pay in cash.
To recap:
- All balloons must be disposed of responsibly.
- Don’t let go! Pin it and Bin It.
- Whilst latex balloons are 100% biodegradable, they must still be disposed of with household or commercial waste.
- Reuse Foil (Mylar) balloons where possible.
- Once finished with, deflate and cut the balloons and ribbons into small pieces and put in the bin.
