Will you be coming to the venue to set up? If yes, how long will you take?
We will set up a helium balloon arch at the event venue. Our team will take approximately one to two hours to set up a balloon arch. In the above option, you will be asked to indicate "Actual Event Time" & "Time Venue Is Available", this is to facilitate logistic arrangement. For example, your event starts at 12pm & venue is open since 9am. Please indicate:
- Actual Event Time - 12pm
- Time Venue Is Available - 9am
The balloon arch colour does not fit my party colour theme or corporate colour, can I choose my own balloon arch colour?
Yes, you may specify the colour of your balloon arch colour. Choose from above option Colour 1 to colour 4 and we will customised balloon arch base on the colour selected.
Is it compulsory to email a photo of the venue where I plan to decorate with a balloon arch?
It is not compulsory to email the photo of the exact venue for balloon arch placement. It would facilitate the actual day logistic arrangement. If you do not have the photo, you may always email or WhatsApp +639771809353 the photo of the place you would like us to complete.
I need a balloon arch to last a few days, is this helium balloon arch suitable?
This helium balloon arch only lasts up to 10 to 14 hours. If your event is indoor and you would like the balloon arch decoration to be on display for 1 to 2 days. You may consider our organic balloon arch. These beautiful balloon arches of uneven sizes are normal air filled and last for a few days if placed indoor. Do note the balloons will oxidize after 1 day, turn slightly cloudy over time. This organic balloon arch is best placed indoor (air-con environment) for it to maximise its balloon lifespan.
Do you provide tear down service?
We do not provide tear down balloon arch service. The balloon arch can be easily disposed of using a pointy object to deflate the balloons.
I have my own balloons, will you be able to help inflate my balloons as well?
Sure we love to help you inflate balloon you have bought elsewhere! Our team will advise the cost on the actual event date, you may pay in cash.
To recap:
- All balloons must be disposed of responsibly.
- Don’t let go! Pin it and Bin It.
- Whilst latex balloons are 100% biodegradable, they must still be disposed of with household or commercial waste.
- Reuse Foil (Mylar) balloons where possible.
- Once finished with, deflate and cut the balloons and ribbons into small pieces and put in the bin.
